Yoga in the Hood

Join me for Yoga FUNdamentals at the beautiful new community hall in Laurier Heights (14405-85 avenue). Every Tuesday from 9:30-10:45am we will explore yoga through flowing movement and fun! Cost is $15 for drop-in. No class Oct 18 and Nov 15.
